Our default shipping carrier is USPS, which is free for domestic shipments. You can opt to select UPS at an additional charge.

Manitowoc, Wisconsin.

No, unless we catch it before it leaves our warehouse. We ship quickly, so send a prompt email or call. We will try our best!

You can do this through the carrier. Once the package leaves our warehouse, we cannot alter the destination.

Don’t panic or call 911. Sometimes carriers will scan a barcode prior to actual delivery and/or deliver it to a neighbor. Generally, if a neighbor receives your package, they will give the package back to the carrier, and it will be delivered a couple days later. Also, ask any roommates, family members, or frequent loiterers if they have seen the package. If a couple days pass, locate the phone number for your nearest US Post Office and ask if the package is in their mail room or on a mail truck. They will be able to check the scan and location.

We have been shipping since 1999, and it has been our experience that lost packages have an extremely low incidence, so your package is almost certainly not actually lost. Things can happen, and we are here to get you the part you ordered. If 5 days have passed beyond the indicated date of delivery, please email us, and we can reach out on your behalf to the carrier for an investigation. If it is over 10 days, we can issue a replacement.

Warranty FAQs

We offer no warranties of any kind on magnetic drain plugs; they are purchased "as is." All other parts are covered by a one-year manufacturer warranty.

Drain Plug FAQs

For our magnetic drain plugs, use the factory specification. For our drain valves, use the factory specification; do not exceed 35 FT LB.

Wipe with a clean cloth.

As strong as they come! The neodymium magnet on our magnetic drain plug will hold weights up to 2.2 lbs! It is also high temperature-rated, so it will maintain its strength up to 302 °F.

Use our fitment finder on our website. If you do not see your vehicle, please email us, and we can research which of our drain plugs will fit.

Stainless steel. Our valves will also include Viton O-rings, which are rated for temperatures ranging from -40°F to 390°F.

Proudly, here in Wisconsin! Every ounce of existence with our drain plug is founded here in our home state.

It replaces your conventional drain plug. When installed, you simply remove the safety cap by spinning it off counterclockwise, followed by threading our drain hose on clockwise. The hose will open the valve as it threads on, allowing the oil to cleanly drain.

Make sure your oil is at operating temperature. The warmer the oil, the faster it will drain.

Yes! The crush washer material can only be crushed once; therefore, to ensure there will be no leaks, it is recommended that you replace the washer with every oil change. However, this is not the case with our oil drain valve; once the drain valve has been installed, the crush washer will never need to be removed.

Stationary Replacement Antenna FAQs

Please email us, and we will reply with a picture of the exact adapter that you need. Email replies are extremely prompt, 7 days a week. Due to the large number of vehicles manufactured, we cannot include a manual for this in the product packaging.

Wow! This is a rarity, but it can happen. If you have an antenna of ours that we advertise as car wash proof and it broke within the guaranteed timeframe, email us a picture of the piece still on your vehicle, and we will issue a replacement.

Location, location, location. Short antennas work differently in all locations. The science of radio wavelengths generally requires longer antennas. Our shorter copper coil antennas normally do not have issues with reception, but some geographical locations can cause challenges. Please email us, and we can work on providing you with an antenna that will work better for your location.

Yup, we have gone down this road many times. Did your old antenna break in a car wash or go missing? Toyotas are reliable, but their antenna design is terrible. Either your old stud is still in the base and needs to be removed, or the base threads are stripped and need to be repaired. If your antenna base threads are not 1” in depth, the old stud is in the base. If your threads are 1” in depth, the M5-0.8 threads are stripped, and we recommend tapping M6-1.0. Please email us for more details.

Please email us. Our technical team is on hand 7 days a week to promptly assist you in troubleshooting your problem. We sold tens of thousands of antennas for GM trucks, installed them daily, and have them as shop trucks. There are a couple factors that cause this issue, which can be determined by a picture of the threading on your truck’s antenna base.

Power Antenna FAQs

No, in no instance should one ever cut the toothed cable! If the new power antenna is not fully retracting, you have a broken cable in the housing of the old mast that needs to be manually removed. The broken mast cable must equal the cable length on our replacement. Please email us for assistance.

  1. Simply remove the exterior mounting nut and pull the factory power antenna mast out of the power unit.
  2. Install our conversion sleeve in its place.
  3. Install the exterior mounting nut.
  4. Thread our 6 3/4" antenna into our conversion sleeve.
